GRS began serving individuals with DD and Mental health challenges to close the gap between quality vs quantity care. Since its initial opening, many positive outcomes have been achieved in large part due to the dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist and other employees who are committed to the Guardian Residential Services mission.
Guardian Residential Services hires those who embrace the person-centered concept of developing a program around the strengths and needs of each individual. Our philosophy is to provide a home-like setting where we assist individuals in learning skills that promote community integration, better health management, and opportunities to fully participate in one’s own recovery process. We encourage empathy rather than sympathy and assistance rather than duty.
